We are a club that in a mere 6 seasons has added value to Singapore cricket by introducing competitive and talented players which translates into competitive cricket and benefits not just for our club but the wider Singapore cricket eco system as a whole. Also, as a club that is growing in a SUSTAINABLE way, we provide a long term, reliable and growing source of revenue for SCA, ground providers and all other stakeholders involved in SCA cricket. We realized early on that for us to be sustainable as a club, our members had to happy and proud to belong. This goal is not easy and requires balance. The key was to ensure that each of our members would be comfortable with each other on and off the field.

Our guiding principles are:

• We prize good people over superstars. People who are happy to spend time with each other over individual greatness.

• All players on the field are equals irrespective of whether one is an MD or a migrant worker

• No on-field or of-field politics is tolerated

• Play the game in the spirit of the game even if it means being on the losing side

• Respect for each other and opponents and umpires

• Have good character, integrity and humility

• Mix competitiveness with social aspects - club is a platform:

• for youngsters to refine skills and develop potential (talent incubator)

• for older guys to relax and enjoy a hobby (R&R)

• for members to network socially and professionally
